Piegan Pass - from Many Glacier to Going to the Sun Road, Grinnel Lake

The next day after hiking to Iceberg Lake We woke up at 10 am and decided to do the trail from Many Glacier to Going to the Sun Road which  is 12 miles(total elevation is 1850 feet) and during It We also saw Grinnel Lake! Unfortunately It was cloudy that day so we didn't see a lot on the Piegan Pass, anyway It was lovely hiking!

The most important things in the morning- coffee, map, water, sandwich with peanut butter!

Iceberg Lake

Iceberg Lake is a very spectacular place in Glacier National Park!
This hike is 10 miles both ways and 1400 feet of elevation gain.  The trail to Iceberg Lake starts in Swift Current so we had to hitchhike there from East Glacier. In the beginning the trail has a steep angle but later is quite flat. There is nothing better than to swim in Iceberg Lake after 5 miles hiking - I swam twice! After all day we went to Many Glacier Lodge to eat a delicious dinner!

In Two Medicine Lake you can rent a kayak for hour/hours. Beautiful views and so much fun!

Scenic Point

After work at about 7pm, I went to Scenic Point with my friend because it is the closest trail to the Lodge. It's about 8 miles total, and on the way you can see Apastoki Falls!
